My Little Centaur - Raver Pink

Description

Changing her hair was the hardest part (this junk is so freakin' tiny!). I added little pink streaks. I made a little dress/apron as I thought a centaur should wear, with a big bow in the back. This centaur was sort of 'raver' or Rainbow Brite themed (loosely).

A simpler one: [link]

This is REALLY OLD - (seeing some art just made me want to post it for crazy's sake) - It's from when those HORRIBLY UGLY G2 My Little Ponies came out.
Anorexic-looking with HIDEOUS faces! Ughhh!

Well, anyway, I had the idea to make a centaur and thought "Wouldn't it be cool if Hasbro made these? They could even make it easy on themselves by doing a deal with the Barbie company. They fit together so easily! Just imagine if there were a joint so that the human torso could twist at the waist and another joint so it could bend down at the pony-neck! I would've played with these!

FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I BOUGHT A BARBIE PRODUCT - I felt like I was betraying my childhood. They are easy to make - make your own! Just get a G2 fugly pony and pick a "Barbie's little sister" or similar matching model. Although - I can't verify they still make them like this...

I saved all the legs, by the way, and I still have them! One day, I hope to find a perfect little wooden chest - the legs pop off with a perfect 90 degree cut - it will be PERFECT... Just Saying... (any Discworld fans out there in pony world?) I wish I could buy a Magic Trunk to follow me around in Oblivion/Skyrim... (more damn useful than Shadowmere who can't carry sh*t!)
--------
Made with the body of a G2 pony by HASBRO and the torso of a Barbie's Sister (or the various friends of Barbie - their sisters) which are by MATTEL.
